Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n 2.12.1949 g\u00fcn\u00fc Emirda\u011f\u2019a getirili\u015finden 25.10.1951 tarihine kadar s\u00fcren \u0130kinci Emirda\u011f Hayat\u0131n\u0131; 3.10.1951-16.11.1951 tarihleri aras\u0131ndaki \u0130kinci Eski\u015fehir Hayat\u0131n\u0131; 16-11-1951\/17-05-1952 tarihleri aras\u0131nda devam eden \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc Isparta Hayat\u0131n\u0131; 21.01.1952\/15.05.1952 tarihleri aras\u0131nda k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre devam eden Yeni Said\u2019in Birinci \u0130stanbul Hayat\u0131n\u0131; 17-05-1952\/12-11-1953 aras\u0131 s\u00fcren \u0130kinci Emirda\u011f Hayat\u0131n\u0131; 20-04-1953\/17-07-1953 aras\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcren \u0130kinci \u0130stanbul Hayat\u0131n\u0131; 18-07-1953\/12-11-1953 aras\u0131nda devam eden \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc Emirda\u011f Hayat\u0131n\u0131 ve 12-11-1953\/01-01-1957 aras\u0131ndaki Son Isparta Hayat\u0131n\u0131n Birinci K\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 kapsamaktad\u0131r. Bir g\u00fcn ba\u00adna, \u2018Sun\u00adgur! Sen g\u00f6\u00adre\u00adcek\u00adsin, bu hiz\u00adme\u00adtin mey\u00adve\u00adsi\u00adni sen g\u00f6\u00adre\u00adcek\u00adsin, kab\u00adri\u00adme ge\u00adlip ba\u00adna oku\u00adya\u00adcak\u00ads\u0131n\u2026\u2019 de\u00admi\u015f\u00adti. Ben bir\u00adden he\u00adye\u00adcan\u00adlan\u00add\u0131m, \u2018\u00dcs\u00adtad\u2019\u0131m, siz de g\u00f6\u00adre\u00adcek\u00adsi\u00adniz\u2019 de\u00addim. \u2018Ha\u00ady\u0131r, ben g\u00f6rme\u00adye\u00adce\u00ad\u011fim\u2019 di\u00adye ce\u00advap ver\u00addi. <a href=\"http:\/\/ahmetakgunduz.com\/wp-admin\/post-new.php#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131n bu cildi, <strong>Sekiz B\u00f6l\u00fcm<\/strong>den olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Birinci B\u00f6l\u00fcm: , Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman Said Nur<\/strong><strong>s\u00ee\u2019nin \u0130kinci Emirda\u011f Hayat\u0131<\/strong><strong>\u00a0(02-12-1949\/25-10-1951) ile alakal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/strong>\u00dcstad Said Nurs\u00ee, Afyon Hapsinden tahliye edildikten sonra, yan\u0131ndaki Talebeleriyle beraber Emirda\u011f\u2019a gitti (2 Aral\u0131k 1949). \u0130ki sene kadar Emirda\u011f\u0131\u2019nda kald\u0131. 1371 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Muharrem ay\u0131nda Eski\u015fehir\u2019e geldi (Ekim 1951) ve bir bu\u00e7uk ay kadar Y\u0131ld\u0131z Oteli\u2019nde ikamet etti. \u00dcstad\u0131n bu geli\u015fi manidar idi. 1950\u2019ye kadar nefyedildi\u011fi mahallerden, hi\u00e7bir yere \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131; esasen \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na m\u00fcsaade edilmemi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Emirda\u011f\u2019\u0131na getirildikten tahminen yedi sekiz ay sonra, 1950 Ramazan-\u0131 \u015eer\u00eefi sonlar\u0131na do\u011fru, yani Temmuz ay\u0131 i\u00e7inde Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131 burada yeniden zehirlediler. Alt\u0131 ok\u00e7u CHP zihniyetinin dikta rejimi y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde, fakat memlekette V\u00e2li, kaymakam gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck memurlar ve b\u00fcrokratlar kitlesinin al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 diktat\u00f6rl\u00fck yine k\u0131smen devam ediyor ve hatta bir nevi CHP yine h\u00e2kim durumundayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Afyon Mahkemesi\u2019nin duru\u015fmalar\u0131 devam ediyordu. Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman Hazretleri, 30 Eyl\u00fcl 1949 tarihinde Yarg\u0131tay\u2019\u0131n bozma karar\u0131 sebebiyle tahliye edilmi\u015ftir. Buna ra\u011fmen Afyon A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi, hem hen\u00fcz hapiste iken ve hem de hapisten \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra yarg\u0131lamalara ayn\u0131 h\u0131z ve \u015fiddetle devam etmektedir. 1950 se\u00e7imlerinde Demokrat Parti\u00a0iktidara gelince, Af Kanunu\u00a0\u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f ve bu kanunun kapsam\u0131na giren Ris\u00e2le-i Nur dosyalar\u0131n\u0131n kapanmas\u0131 ve eserlerin iadesi laz\u0131m gelirken, Afyon Mahkemesi Af Kanununu hi\u00e7e sayarak Ris\u00e2le-i Nurlar\u0131n m\u00fcs\u00e2deresine karar vermi\u015ftir. Duru\u015fmalara da devam karar\u0131 al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun \u00fczerine Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman Hazretleri, yarg\u0131laman\u0131n yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi konusundaki 23 Temmuz 1950 tarihli \u015fik\u00e2yet dilek\u00e7esini yetkili makamlara takdim eylemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman Hazretleri, Afyon\u2019daki da\u2019va tamamlanmadan tekrar <em>\u015eapka ve Kisve Kanunu<\/em>na muh\u00e2lefetten mahkemeye verilmi\u015f ve hakk\u0131nda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki <em>su\u00e7lu fi\u015fi<\/em>\u00a0haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve su\u00e7un i\u015flendi\u011fi tarih olarak 2 Nisan 1951 tarihi g\u00f6sterilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n \u201c<em>Kur\u2019\u00e2n bizi siy\u00e2setten men\u2019 etmi\u015f<\/em>\u201d h\u00fckm\u00fc ve d\u00fcsturu de\u011fi\u015fmedi\u011fine, yani \u201c<em>Birisinin hatas\u0131yla, g\u00fcnah\u0131yla ba\u015fkas\u0131 mes\u2019ul olmaz.\u201d<\/em> hakikati 1950\u2019den sonra dahi \u00dcst\u00e2d\u2019\u0131n ictima\u00ee hayat d\u00fcst\u00fbrlar\u0131ndaki derslerinde s\u0131k s\u0131k tekrarlanarak ders verilmi\u015f iken, onun siy\u00e2sete girmesine, yani tarafgirlik\u00a0hissiy\u00e2t\u0131na bina edilmi\u015f \u015fimdiki mevcud siy\u00e2setler \u015fekline girmesine imk\u00e2n ve ihtimali bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Fakat buna ra\u011fmen, baz\u0131 \u00e7evreler, Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n vefat\u0131ndan sonra, g\u00fcya onun efk\u00e2r ve harek\u00e2t\u0131n\u0131 mukayese ediyor ve neticeyi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor gibi, bir eda ve bir pozisyonla: \u201c<em>Tek partili, \u00e7ok partili d\u00f6nem<\/em>\u201d gibi safsatalara tatbik eder g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fcler.<\/p>\n<p>Hem eski zamanlarda, hem de sonraki zamanlarda, hem de DP iktidar\u0131\u00a0d\u00f6neminde, \u00dcst\u00e2d\u2019\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f, etti\u011fi nasihat ve s\u00f6yledi\u011fi dersler, sadece ve sadece bir yol g\u00f6stermek, ikaz etmek, hamiyet ve fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k derslerini vermek ve bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda sinsi d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n ve gizli komitelerin \u00e7evirdikleri oyunlar\u0131n\u0131 ibret dersleriyle g\u00f6stermek vesaireden ibarettir. \u00dcst\u00e2d\u2019\u0131n o i\u00e7tim\u00e2\u2019\u00ee fikirleri ve h\u00e2diseler sebebiyle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeleri, ikaz ve ir\u015fadlar\u0131 her zaman ve her devirde olmu\u015f, yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve l\u00fczumu kadar s\u00f6ylenmi\u015f ve yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bir tek fark vard\u0131r ki, 1923\u2019den 1950\u2019ye kadar T\u00fcrkiye siy\u00e2setini elinde tutanlar\u0131n belli bir istikamette, tek re\u2019y, tek sistem, nasihat kabul etmez ve dinlemez, inat\u00e7\u0131 ve her\u015feyi o yolda feda eder adamlar\u0131n diktac\u0131 tutumlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi bildi\u011fi i\u00e7in, ayn\u0131 zamanda bu adamlar\u0131n kendisine kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini, uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 muamelelerle \u00e7ok kesin \u015fekilde anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, yirmi sekiz sene zarf\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcmet ricalini ikaz ve ir\u015fad eden m\u00fcd\u00e2fa\u2019a kabilinden iki \u00fc\u00e7 mektubundan ba\u015fka \u201cherhangi bir \u015fey\u201d s\u00f6ylememi\u015f, yazmam\u0131\u015f ve bildirmemi\u015ftir. Bildirmesini de l\u00fczumsuz ve faydas\u0131z g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Amma bu arada Talebelerini, h\u00e2diseler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, tenvir ve ir\u015fad edici de\u011ferlendirmeli tahlilleri yapmaktan da geri kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ir\u015fad ve ikaz dersleri i\u00e7inde, h\u00e2diselerin de\u011ferlendirmesini de ihmal etmemi\u015f ve zaman zaman yazm\u0131\u015f ve Talebelerine bildirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu arada \u00e7ok ehemmiyetli bir husus daha vard\u0131r ki, Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman 1926-1950 aras\u0131 d\u00fcnya h\u00e2diseleri \u00fczerinde, m\u00fcnasebet geldi\u011fi zaman yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmelerini, ilk \u00f6nce Talebelerinin zihin ve fikirlerini l\u00fczumsuz zararl\u0131 g\u00fcnl\u00fck politik atmosferden \u00e7ekip \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131n\u0131 temin ettikten ve saf\u00ee, nuran\u00ee olan Kur\u2019\u00e2n hizmeti\u00a0ve Nur mesle\u011finin berrak fezas\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131ktan sonra yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece h\u00e2diselerin ya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve ruhunu ve hakikat olarak bize temas eden zarur\u00ee cihetlerini ve Kur\u2019\u00e2n ve iman hizmeti\u00a0ve \u00c2lem-i \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131n ger\u00e7ek menfaati noktas\u0131ndan onlar\u0131 s\u00fczm\u00fc\u015f ve zarars\u0131z menfaatli y\u00f6nlerini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>1950\u2019den sonra ise, iktidar partisi i\u00e7indeki baz\u0131 dindar ve cidd\u00ee hamiyetk\u00e2rlar\u0131n meydana \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131yla ve Demokrat Parti\u2019nin az da olsa kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7maya muvaffak olduklar\u0131 baz\u0131 m\u00fcsbet hizmet ve icraatlar\u0131n\u0131n eserleri g\u00f6r\u00fcnmesiyle, onlar\u0131 tebrik ve te\u015fvik i\u00e7inde, yol g\u00f6sterici ikaz ve ir\u015fadk\u00e2r nasihatlar\u0131 etmi\u015ftir. Buna ise, \u00e7ok partili d\u00f6nemde siy\u00e2sete girdi denilemez.<\/p>\n<p>Cel\u00e2l Bayar, \u015eark \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nin, Van\u2019da kurulmas\u0131na daima taraftard\u0131 ve bunun Mustafa Kemal\u2019in bir arzusu oldu\u011funu ileri s\u00fcrmekteydi. Halbuki Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman 1922\u2019lerde Ankara\u2019ya geldi\u011fi zaman, Van\u2019da <em>Medreset\u2019\u00fcz-Zehr\u00e2<\/em> n\u00e2m\u0131yla bir \u00fcniversitenin kurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve en ba\u015fta Mustafa Kemal Pa\u015fa\u2019y\u0131 ikna etmi\u015fti. Meclise kanun l\u00e2yihas\u0131 sunuldu, iki y\u00fcz meb\u2019usdan y\u00fczaltm\u0131\u015f yedi meb\u2019usun imzas\u0131yla kabul edilen kanunla, y\u00fcz elli bin lira tahsisat\u00a0ayn\u0131 kanunda mevcuttu. Ancak malum sebeblerle Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131 b\u0131rakarak Van\u2019a \u00e7ekildi. Bunlar, Cel\u00e2l Bayar\u2019ca da bilinen \u015feylerdi. Reis Cel\u00e2l Bayar\u2019\u0131n bu \u00dcniversitenin Van\u2019da kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok arzu etmesine ra\u011fmen; \u201c<em>DP\u2019liler Said Nurs\u00ee\u2019nin medresesini yap\u0131yorlar<\/em>\u201d diye CHP\u2019liler ve yanda\u015flar\u0131 ve bas\u0131n bunu me\u015f\u2019um bir \u015fekilde ellerine dillerine dolad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ekindiler. Van\u2019da kurulmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015fken, Van\u2019dan Erzurum\u2019a ald\u0131lar ve ad\u0131na da \u201cA<em>tat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi<\/em>\u201d ismini koydular.<\/p>\n<p>DP h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin m\u00fcsbet ve menfaatl\u0131 ve m\u00fchim icraatlar\u0131ndan birisi, Do\u011fu \u00dcniversitesini v\u00fccuda getirmeleridir. Hazret-i \u00dcst\u00e2d bu meseleyle \u00e7ok yak\u0131ndan ilgilenmeye ve takip etmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Evvel\u00e2 Cel\u00e2l Bayar\u00a01951\u2019de Van\u2019daki konu\u015fmas\u0131nda bu meseleyi a\u00e7t\u0131. 4 A\u011fustos 1951\u2019de Van\u2019da yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmayla, orada bir \u00fcniversitenin kurulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 va\u2019d ederek s\u00f6ylemesi ve sonra meclisteki konu\u015fmas\u0131yla onun ehemmiyetini dile getirmesi \u00fczerine, \u00dcst\u00e2d Hazretleri Cel\u00e2l Bayar\u2019\u0131n Meclis konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n, \u015eark \u00dcniversitesi\u00a0b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden bir par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 bir l\u00e2hika mektubu gibi ne\u015frettirdi. Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman, Reis-i Cumhur\u00a0Cel\u00e2l Bayar\u2019la Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131\u00a0Tevfik \u0130leri\u2019ye bu konuda tebrik mektuplar\u0131 yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130kinci B\u00f6l\u00fcm, Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman Said Nur<\/strong><strong>s\u00ee\u2019nin \u0130kinci Eski\u015fehir Hayat\u0131<\/strong><strong>\u00a0(03-10-1951\/16-11-1951) ile alakal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/strong>Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman, ancak yirmiyedi sene sonra kendi rey ve ihtiy\u00e2r\u0131yla yapabildi\u011fi bu ilk ve birinci seyahat\u0131n\u0131, Emirda\u011f\u2019dan hemen yan\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131ndaki Eski\u015fehir Vil\u00e2yeti\u2019ne yapt\u0131. Bu ilk tecr\u00fcbe mahiyetindeki seyahat 3 Ekim1951 g\u00fcn\u00fcne rastl\u0131yordu. \u00dcst\u00e2d\u2019\u0131n bu ilk seyahati \u00e7ok ma\u2019nidard\u0131. 1371 Hicr\u00ee y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131s\u0131yla d\u00fcnyada ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yeni bir devre ba\u015fl\u0131yordu. Rum\u00ee 1327\u2019de \u015eam\u2019da verdi\u011fi \u015eam hutbesinde, 1371\u2019de vuku\u2019 bulacak olan m\u00fcjdeli, saadetli haberleri, ta o zaman hemen vuku\u2019 bulacak gibi m\u00fcjdelemi\u015f, aradaki k\u0131rkbe\u015f senelik fetret ve ke\u015fmeke\u015flik zaman\u0131n\u0131 nazara almam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 6 Eyl\u00fcl 1951\u2019de \u201c<em>Demokratlara b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hakikat\u0131 ihtar<\/em>\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u00a0siy\u00e2setinde pek m\u00fchim mes\u2019eleleri, tedbirleri ve at\u0131lacak ad\u0131mlar\u0131 bildirmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu arada DP \u0130ktidar\u0131\u00a0b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hata yaparak Mustafa Kemal\u2019i Koruma Kanununu \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor. Eski\u015fehir V\u00e2lili\u011fi\u00a09 Kas\u0131m 1951 tarihli yaz\u0131s\u0131yla, Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n Eski\u015fehir\u2019deki son halleriyle alakal\u0131 rapor sunuyor ve ad\u0131m ad\u0131m takip ediyor. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlara kar\u015f\u0131 Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n hayk\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakikatlar \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Demokratlara b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hakikat\u0131 ihtar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi Kur\u2019\u00e2n, \u0130sl\u00e2miyet ve bu vatan zarar\u0131na \u00fc\u00e7 cerey\u00e2n var:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Birincisi<\/strong>: Kom\u00fcnist, dinsizlik\u00a0cerey\u00e2n\u0131. Bu cerey\u00e2n y\u00fczde otuz-k\u0131rk adama zarar verebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130kincisi<\/strong>: Eskiden beri m\u00fcstemlek\u00e2tlar\u0131n, T\u00fcrklerle al\u00e2kalar\u0131n\u0131 kesmek i\u00e7in, T\u00fcrkiye dairesinde dinsizli\u011fi ne\u015fretmek i\u00e7in; ifsad komitesi\u00a0nam\u0131nda bir komite. Bu cerey\u00e2n y\u00fczde belki binde birisini, Kur\u2019\u00e2n ve \u0130sl\u00e2miyet aleyhine \u00e7evirebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Biz Kur\u2019\u00e2n hizmetk\u00e2rlar\u0131\u00a0ve Nurcular, evvelki iki cerey\u00e2na kar\u015f\u0131 daima Kur\u2019\u00e2n hakikatlerini muh\u00e2fazaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f\u0131z. M\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar d\u00fcnyaya ve siy\u00e2sete bakmamaya mesle\u011fimiz bizi mecbur ediyormu\u015f. \u015eimdi mecburiyetle bakmaya l\u00fczum oldu. G\u00f6rd\u00fck ki:<\/p>\n<p>Demokratlar, evvelki iki m\u00fcdhi\u015f cerey\u00e2na kar\u015f\u0131 bize (Nurculara) yard\u0131mc\u0131 h\u00fckm\u00fcnde olabilirler. Onlarla ne konu\u015furdu? B\u00fct\u00fcn bu sorular\u0131n cevaplar\u0131n\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmetin ajanlar\u0131 her g\u00fcn yazarak \u00fcstlerine rapor etmi\u015flerdir. Y\u0131llard\u0131r \u0130stanbul\u2018a gelmemi\u015fti. \u0130stanbul\u2019a ve \u0130stanbul\u2019daki binlerce dostlar\u0131na y\u0131llarca hasret kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. H\u00e2lbuki o \u0130stanbul\u2019u \u00e7ok severdi. Burada uzun y\u0131llar kalm\u0131\u015f, dine ve vatana \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck hizmetleri olmu\u015ftu. Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n y\u00fczlerce eski dost ve Talebeleri ak\u0131n ak\u0131n, grup grup gerek Ak\u015fehir Palas\u2018ta, gerek daha sonraki haftalarda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 F\u00e2tih\u2018teki Re\u015fadiye Oteli\u2019nde her g\u00fcn y\u00fczlerce insan Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131 ziy\u00e2ret ediyordu. Nur Talebelerinden K\u00e2mil\u2019in <em>\u0130stanbul\u2019a Ho\u015f Geldiniz <\/em>mektubu manidard\u0131r. <em>Gen\u00e7lik Rehberi<\/em> da\u2019vas\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131, da\u2019van\u0131n \u0130stanbul Sorgu H\u00e2kimli\u011fine gelmesiyledir (4 Haziran 1951). Ankara Nur Talebeleri\u00a0Sorgu H\u00e2kimli\u011fine itiraz etmi\u015fler ise de <em>Gen\u00e7lik Rehberi<\/em>nin Tab\u2019 eden Muhsin Alev\u00a0hakk\u0131nda soru\u015fturma ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (5 Nisan 1951).<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0kendine havale edilen <em>Gen\u00e7lik Rehberi<\/em>\u00a0ve di\u011fer Ris\u00e2leleri, Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman ve Nur Talebeleri konusunda zaten pe\u015fin h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olan \u00fc\u00e7 hukuk do\u00e7entine havale eylemi\u015ftir. Bunlar, Ceza Hukuk ve Ceza Us\u00fbl Hukuku\u00a0Do\u00e7enti &#8211; Nurullah Kunter, Um\u00fbm\u00ee Amme Hukuku\u00a0Do\u00e7enti &#8211; Tar\u0131k Zafer Tunaya\u00a0ve Ceza Hukuku\u00a0ve Ceza Us\u00fbl Hukuku Do\u00e7enti Sahir Erman\u2019d\u0131r. Ehl-i Vukuf\u00a0Raporuna Nur Talebelerinin itirazlar\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi, Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n Ehl-i Vukuf Raporuna cevab\u0131 da gecikmemi\u015ftir. B\u00fct\u00fcn haz\u0131rl\u0131klar ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra, duru\u015fmalar ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Birinci Duru\u015fma, 22 Ocak 1952 (Sal\u0131)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 tarihinde; \u0130kinci Duru\u015fma: 19 \u015eubat 1952 tarihinde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve bu arada Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman zehirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu da\u2019vada ba\u015fta Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman olmak \u00fczere, \u00fc\u00e7 avukat\u0131 da kahramanca ve ehl-i vukufun raporunu \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcten m\u00fcd\u00e2fa\u2019alar\u0131n\u0131 mahkemeye takdim etmi\u015flerdir. Ancak burada da kendisini rahats\u0131z etmeye devam etmi\u015flerdir. 30 May\u0131s 1952 tarihinde Afyon Duru\u015fmas\u0131\u00a0yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve bu m\u00fcnasebetle ne\u015fredilen <em>B\u00fcy\u00fck Do\u011fu<\/em>\u2019da ne\u015fredilen Makalesi takibe u\u011fram\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130stihb\u00e2r\u00e2t\u0131n 1952 Y\u0131l\u0131 Raporlar\u0131 da devam etmektedir. Bu takipler ve i\u015fkence\u00a0derecesine varan bask\u0131lar \u00fczerine Demokrat Nur Talebeleri\u00a0Ba\u015fbakan\u2019a mektup yazm\u015flard\u0131r (3 Temmuz 1952). 15 Ekim 1952 tarihinde yine Afyon Duru\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Duru\u015fmalar, 27 Ocak 1954; 10 \u015eubat 1954; 3 Mart 1954 ve nihayet <em>Vatan Gazetesi<\/em> da\u2019vas\u0131n\u0131n Karar Celsesi ve ber\u00e2at karar\u0131 24 Mart 1954 zikredilmesi gereken konulard\u0131r. Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman tekrar zehirleniyor. Gergin olan 1954 se\u00e7imlerinde Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman karde\u015fli\u011fi te\u015fvik ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>DP iktidar\u0131n\u0131n ikinci senesinde, yani 1952 bahar\u0131nda vuku\u2019 bulan Tic\u00e2n\u00ee h\u00e2diseleri\u00a0ve 10 Temmuz 1952\u2019de a\u011f\u0131r h\u00fck\u00fcmlerle mahk\u00fbm olmalar\u0131yla \u00e7alkalanan um\u00fbm\u00ee tedirginlik \u00fczerine, daha sonra da bu h\u00e2disenin te\u2019sirinden gelen bir heyecan ile Demokrat Parti\u2019den ayr\u0131l\u0131p, 1 A\u011fustos 1952\u2019de kurulan \u201c<em>\u0130sl\u00e2m Demokrat Parti<\/em><em>si<\/em>\u201d ve alt\u0131 ay sonra da, bu partinin mahkemece kapat\u0131lmas\u0131; 22 Kas\u0131m 1952\u2019de Malatya\u2019da gazeteci Ahmed Emin Yalman\u2019a yap\u0131lan su-i kasd ile yaralanmas\u0131 \u00fczerine, DP iktidar\u0131, CHP\u2019nin sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na dayanam\u0131yarak, korku ve evham i\u00e7ine girdi ve T\u00fcrkiye \u00e7ap\u0131nda milliyet\u00e7i, dindar h\u00fcrriyet\u00e7ilere bask\u0131lar uygulan\u0131p mahkemelerle rahats\u0131z edildiler. Bunun \u00fczerine <em>Millet Partisi<\/em>\u00a0mensublar\u0131yla, DP mensubu baz\u0131 dindar kimselerin i\u015f birli\u011fi ve fakat CHP\u2019nin tahrikleriyle kurulan ve ayn\u0131 meselelerin bir uzant\u0131s\u0131 olan 20 Aral\u0131k 1955\u2019de <em>H\u00fcrriyet Partisi<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em>h\u00e2diseleri ve benzeri h\u00e2diseler \u00fczerine, Hazret-i \u00dcst\u00e2d Demokratlara m\u00fcteveccih olmu\u015f\u00a0ve onlara ac\u0131yarak i\u00e7tim\u00e2\u2019\u00ee ve siyas\u00ee olan bu mes\u2019elelerin esas\u0131nda yatan hususlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirerek a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunmu\u015ftu. Hazret-i \u00dcst\u00e2d bu yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 tahminen 1954 ba\u015flar\u0131nda kaleme alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Onun bir eki olan ha\u015fiyesini ise, daha \u00f6nce Tic\u00e2n\u00ee h\u00e2disesi\u00a0\u00fczerine kaleme alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131.<a href=\"http:\/\/ahmetakgunduz.com\/wp-admin\/post-new.php#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a> \u00dcst\u00e2d\u2019\u0131n o yaz\u0131s\u0131 aynen \u015f\u00f6yledir:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kalbe ihtar edilen i\u00e7tim\u00e2\u2019\u00ee hayat\u0131m\u0131za ait bir hakikat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu vatanda \u015fimdilik d\u00f6rt parti var. Biri Halk Partisi, biri Demokrat, biri Millet, di\u011feri \u0130ttihad-\u0131 \u0130sl\u00e2m&#8217;d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130ttihad-\u0131 \u0130sl\u00e2m<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Partisi<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> Y\u00fczde altm\u0131\u015f-yetmi\u015fi tam m\u00fctedeyyin olmak \u015fart\u0131yla, \u015fimdiki siy\u00e2set ba\u015f\u0131na ge\u00e7ebilir. Dini, siy\u00e2sete \u00e2let etmeme\u011fe, belki siy\u00e2seti dine \u00e2let\u00a0etme\u011fe \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir. Fakat \u00e7ok zamandan beri terbiye-i \u0130sl\u00e2miye\u00a0zedelenmesiyle ve \u015fimdiki siy\u00e2setin cin\u00e2yetine kar\u015f\u0131 dini siy\u00e2sete \u00e2let\u00a0etme\u011fe mecbur olaca\u011f\u0131ndan, \u015fimdilik o parti ba\u015fa ge\u00e7memek l\u00e2z\u0131md\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Halk Partisi<\/strong><strong>\u00a0ise:<\/strong> Hakikaten acib ve zevkli bir r\u00fc\u015fvet-i um\u00fbm\u00eeyi kanunlar perdesinde baz\u0131 memurlara verdikleri i\u00e7in, yirmisekiz senelik b\u00fct\u00fcn cinayat\u0131yla ba\u015fkalar\u0131n cinayat\u0131 ve \u0130ttihadc\u0131lar\u0131n mason k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n seyyiatlar\u0131 da o partiye y\u00fckletildi\u011fi halde, Demokratlara bir cihette galib h\u00fckm\u00fcndedirler. \u00c7\u00fcnki ubudiyetin noksaniyetiyle enaniyet kuvvet bulur, nemrud\u00e7uluklar \u00e7o\u011fal\u0131r. Bu benlik zaman\u0131nda, memuriyet hakikatta bir hizmetk\u00e2rl\u0131k oldu\u011fu halde; bir h\u00e2kimiyet, bir a\u011fal\u0131k, bir nemrud\u00e7uluk\u00a0ile nefse gayet zevkli bir h\u00e2kimiyet mertebesini bir k\u0131s\u0131m memurlara r\u00fc\u015fvet olarak verdi\u011fi i\u00e7in, b\u00fct\u00fcn o acib cin\u00e2yetlerle ve kendinden olmayan ceridelerin ne\u015friy\u00e2t\u0131yla beraber bana yap\u0131lan muamelelerinden hissettim ki bir cihette manen Demokratlara galib geliyorlar. Halbuki \u0130sl\u00e2miyet&#8217;in bir kanun-u esas\u00eesi olan had\u00ees-i \u015ferifte <strong><em>\u0633\u064e\u064a\u0650\u0651\u062f\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0642\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0645\u0650 \u062e\u064e\u0627\u062f\u0650\u0645\u064f\u0647\u064f\u0645\u0652<\/em><\/strong> yani: Memuriyet, emirlik ise reislik de\u011fil; millete bir hizmetk\u00e2rl\u0131kt\u0131r. Demokratl\u0131k, h\u00fcrriyet-i vicdan, \u0130sl\u00e2miyet&#8217;in bu kanun-u esas\u00eesine dayanabilir. \u00c7\u00fcnki kuvvet kanunda olmazsa \u015fahsa ge\u00e7er. \u0130stibdad mutlak keyf\u00ee olur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Millet Partisi<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u00a0ise:<\/strong> E\u011fer \u0130ttihad-\u0131 \u0130sl\u00e2m&#8217;daki esas olan \u0130sl\u00e2miyet milliyeti\u00a0ki, T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck\u00a0onun i\u00e7inde mezcolmu\u015f bir millet olsa; o Demokrat&#8217;\u0131n ma\u2019nas\u0131ndad\u0131r. Dindar Demokratlara iltihak etmeye mecbur olur. Firenk illeti\u00a0tabir etti\u011fimiz \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, unsurculuk\u00a0fikriyle Avrupa, \u00c2lem-i \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131 par\u00e7alamak i\u00e7in i\u00e7imize bu firenk illetini a\u015f\u0131lam\u0131\u015f. Fakat bu hastal\u0131k ve fikir, gayet zevkli ve cazibedar bir halet-i ruhiye verdi\u011fi i\u00e7in pek\u00e7ok zararlar\u0131 ve tehlikeleriyle beraber, bu zevk hat\u0131r\u0131 i\u00e7in her millet c\u00fcz&#8217;\u00ee-k\u00fcll\u00ee bu fikre i\u015ftiyak g\u00f6steriyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdiki terbiye-i \u0130sl\u00e2miyenin za&#8217;fiyetiyle ve terbiye-i medeniyenin galebesiyle ekseriyet kazanarak ba\u015fa ge\u00e7erse; ekseriyet te\u015fkil etmeyen ve ancak y\u00fczde otuzu hakik\u00ee T\u00fcrk olan ve y\u00fczde yetmi\u015fi ba\u015fka unsurlardan olanlar; hem hakik\u00ee T\u00fcrklerin hem h\u00e2kimiyet-i \u0130sl\u00e2miyenin aleyhine cephe almaya mecbur olacaklar. \u00c7\u00fcnki \u0130sl\u00e2miyet&#8217;in bir kanun-u esas\u00eesi olan bu \u00e2yet-i kerime: <strong><em>\u0648\u064e \u0644\u0627\u064e \u062a\u064e\u0632\u0650\u0631\u064f \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0632\u0650\u0631\u064e\u0629\u064c \u0648\u0650\u0632\u0652\u0631\u064e \u0627\u064f\u062e\u0652\u0631\u064e\u0649<\/em><\/strong> d\u0131r. Yani, birisinin g\u00fcnah\u0131yla ba\u015fkas\u0131 muahaze ve mes&#8217;ul olmaz. Halbuki \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k\u00a0damar\u0131yla, bir adam\u0131n cin\u00e2yetiyle masum bir karde\u015fini, belki de akrabas\u0131n\u0131, belki de a\u015firetinin efrad\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekte kendini hakl\u0131 zanneder. O vakit hakik\u00ee ad\u00e2let yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, \u015fiddetli bir zul\u00fcm de yol bulur. \u00c7\u00fcnki &#8220;Bir masumun hakk\u0131, y\u00fcz c\u00e2niye feda edilmez&#8221; diye \u0130sl\u00e2miyet&#8217;in bir kanun-u esas\u00eesidir. Siz bu iki partinin gayet kuvvetli ve zevkli ve cazibedar nokta-i istinadlar\u0131na mukabil, daha ziy\u00e2de madd\u00ee ve manev\u00ee cazibedar nokta-i istinad olan hak\u00e2ik-i \u0130sl\u00e2miyeyi nokta-i istinad yapmaya mecbursunuz. Ve \u00c2lem-i \u0130sl\u00e2mda \u00e7ok h\u00fcsn-\u00fc tesir yapan ve bu vatan ahalisine \u00c2lem-i \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131n h\u00fcsn-\u00fc tevecc\u00fch\u00fcn\u00fc kazand\u0131ran, bu yirmi sene mahkemeler bir muz\u0131r cihetini bulamad\u0131klar\u0131 ve be\u015f mahkeme de ber\u00e2atine karar verdikleri Ris\u00e2le-i Nur&#8217;un resmen serbestiyetini Dindar Demokratlar\u00a0il\u00e2n etmelidirler. Bunun \u00fczerine Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman Barla, Bedre ve E\u011firdir gezilerine ba\u015fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>1955 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli olay\u0131, daha \u00f6nce takipsizlik karar\u0131\u00a0verilmesine ra\u011fmen, Isparta da\u2019vas\u0131n\u0131n yeniden a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r ki, ikinci kez takipsizlik karar\u0131 ile sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve bu Nurun b\u00fcy\u00fck bayram\u0131\u00a0kabul edilmi\u015ftir. Mehmed Kayalar\u2019\u0131n Diyarbak\u0131r \u0130kinci Sulh Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019ne sundu\u011fu dilek\u00e7e sonras\u0131 eserler iade ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019daki Nur Hizmetlerinin temelini, Nur\u2019un r\u00fck\u00fcnlerinden Mehmed Kayalar, \u00c7ermikli Hoca\u00a0diye bilinen Abd\u00fclkadir Ekinci\u00a0ve bunlara yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan Mehmed Hanef\u00ee Erdil\u00a0te\u015fkil etmektedir. Hayrettin Karaman\u2019\u0131n Nurlarla tan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 da Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da olmu\u015ftur. Diyarbak\u0131r V\u00e2lili\u011fi\u2019nin 19 Ocak 1956 tarihli \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na sundu\u011fu Diyarbak\u0131r Nur hizmetleriyle alakal\u0131 raporundan \u015funlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011freniyoruz:<\/p>\n<p>Mehmed Kayalar\u00a0A\u011fabey\u2019in 17 A\u011fustos 1955 tarihinde evi aranm\u0131\u015f ve elde edilen kitap ve mektuplar Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na teslim edilmi\u015ftir. 5 Ocak 1956 tarihinde ise Mehmed Hanef\u00ee Erdil\u2019in evi aranm\u0131\u015f ve elde edilen d\u00f6k\u00fcmanlar ad\u00e2lete teslim edilmi\u015ftir. Yaz\u0131n\u0131n sonunda zikredilen \u015fu c\u00fcmle manidard\u0131r: \u201c<em>Nurcular, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc meden\u00ee ve soyal y\u00e2s\u00e2yi\u015f\u0131 temsil eden Masonlar\u0131n aleyhindedirler\u201d. \u015e<\/em>imdi yaz\u0131y\u0131 okuyal\u0131m:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k Cumhuriyet Ar\u015fivi<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>(BCA), 13311-22-18 1956-57<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kitab\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong><strong>n\u0131<\/strong> her ne kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131yla bu cildin sonunda verdik ise de, ana hatlar\u0131yla burada a\u00e7\u0131klamakta fayda bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu cildin en \u00f6nemli \u00f6zelli\u011fi, Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n hayat\u0131na ait eski Tarih\u00e7elerde yer almayan \u00e7ok say\u0131da belge ve olay\u0131n yer almas\u0131 ile birlikte, \u00f6zellikle hayat\u0131 ile alakal\u0131 tarihlerin bazan y\u0131l baz\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmesidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Birinci derecede kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z, <\/strong>Bed\u00ee\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n eserleri, l\u00e2hika mektuplar\u0131\u00a0ve Talebelerinin mektuplar\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eu anda mektuplar\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n orijinalleri elimizdedir diyebiliriz. Ne\u015fredilenler kadar, ne\u015fredilmeyen eserlerden ve l\u00e2hika mektuplar\u0131ndan da istifade ettik. <strong><em>\u015eu<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> g\u00f6kkubbe alt\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u015fey gizli kalmas\u0131n istedik<\/em><\/strong>. <strong><em>Envar Ne\u015friy\u00e2t<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>a, Hizmet Vakf\u0131<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>na ve Nesil Yay\u0131ncl\u0131k grubuna m\u00fcte\u015fekkir oldu\u011fumuzu bu konuda ifade etmekle m\u00fckellefiz. Elimizde 2000\u2019in \u00fczerinde Ris\u00e2le-i Nur K\u00fclliy\u00e2t\u0131<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>n\u0131n yazma n\u00fcshalar\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu yazmalar, Abd\u00fclkadir Bad\u0131ll\u0131<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0A\u011fabey Ar\u015fivindekiler, Mill\u00ee K\u00fct\u00fcph\u00e2ne<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>deki n\u00fcshalar, Necmeddin \u015eahiner<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0A\u011fabey\u2019in elindeki kitaplar ve en \u00f6nemlisi de bu konuda en zengin ar\u015five sahip olan Hizmet Vakf\u0131 ar\u015fivi<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>ndeki 1600 k\u00fcsur n\u00fcshadan m\u00fcte\u015fekkildir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130kinci derecede kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z, <\/strong><em>Necmeddin \u015eahiner<\/em>\u00a0A\u011fabey\u2019in <em>Son \u015eahitler<\/em>\u00a0ve <em>Ayd\u0131nlar Konu\u015fuyor<\/em>\u00a0gibi k\u0131ymetli eserleridir. Bunlar olmasayd\u0131, bu eser \u00e7ok zor telif edilirdi. Bu muhalled eserler, as\u0131r yeniden ya\u015fanmadan kaleme al\u0131namayacak eserlerdir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc derecede kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z, <\/strong><em>Abd\u00fclkadir Bad\u0131ll\u0131<\/em>\u00a0A\u011fabey\u2019in ba\u015fta <em>Mufassal Tarih\u00e7e<\/em>\u00a0olmak \u00fczere kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 eserlerdir. Kendileri bizzat bu eserlerin dijitallerini bize verdi\u011finden, \u00e7o\u011fu kere aynen iktibasta bulundu\u011fumuzu \u015f\u00fckranla yad ediyoruz. \u00d6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn tamam\u0131n\u0131 bu hizmete vakfetmedik\u00e7e ve Nurlara tam v\u00e2k\u0131f olmad\u0131k\u00e7a, bu eserlerin kaleme al\u0131namayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fct\u00e2la\u2019a edenler idr\u00e2k edebilirler.
